No Better Month Than September to Talk About Life Insurance

The month of September often reminds people of fall weather, football and the end of summer. However, September is Life Insurance Awareness Month - a time when agents and clients need to make sure people have the proper amount of life insurance for their needs and budget.

If you haven't already done so, please review or revisit your coverage and make sure changes aren't necessary for you. Life insurance is the perfect way to let your loved ones know you care about them by making sure they are taken care of should something happen to you.

There is a huge need for agents to meet with clients in the United States to help them acquire life insurance. More than 100 million adults in this country lack life insurance.

September is a month dedicated to raising awareness among Americans about what life insurance is and how it helps to financially protect our loved ones. Our goal is to eliminate the gap of the 40 percent of Americans without life insurance. They need policies and we are here to make that happen.

We have no way of predicting what will happen tomorrow, so it is important to help people get their financial planning in order today. When you have life insurance, then you are making sure that your family is taken care of.

Helping Americans recognize the need and importance of having life insurance coverage should be the goal of every licensed agent - especially during Life Insurance Awareness Month. We support LIAM and hope that you reach as many new clients as possible this month.

Take some time today to think about a family member or friend that you might want to talk to about life insurance. If you know they don’t have life insurance, what is the harm in asking if they would like to meet with you about securing some protection today?
